Office buildings are
growing like trees in Shanghai. There is a wide range available with
prices varying depending on location and amenities. The Bund and Hong
Qiao are the more expensive areas, with prices decreasing as you move
away from the city's center. A representative office in Shanghai must
be located in an office building identified by the government
as approved for foreign occupancy. A list of all approved office

Telephone lines can be
applied for at Shanghai Post and
Telecommunication offices. You will need to take your business
license and a letter of introduction.
Fax lines should also be registered. Get
an application and required documentation details at the Suzhou Road or
Gubei Road SPT offices.
