Two separate "improved chemical agent monitor" (ICAM) tests showed trace amounts of a nerve agent in two spots on the baseball bat-length warhead -- at the rear and in the middle where there is a screwed-down circular area about the size of a quarter.
The warhead is about the width of a coffee can and is marked with a green band which, military sources told CNN, is the universal symbol for chemical weaponry.
The warhead tested at 1 bar on a 6-bar scale, which would be consistent with leakage from a chemically armed weapon, military sources said.

Unfortunatly, democracy requires intelligence and most of the Iraquis have been brainwashed into only following or fear of punishment. They will not be able to handle democracy for at least 20 years without a military presence, either US or UN. Unfortunate at best. Don't compare them to Koreans who are logical, systematic and ASIAN. In Iraq today there is widespread looting and every official building and most of the U.N. compounds have been looted. Humanitarian assistance will be hurt. Lootings and breakins also occurred at the French and German Embassies!!!! The only thing Iraquis understand is a tough leader who threatens death if they do (did) this knid of thing...democracy won't work. |

Most French today want little or nothing of democracy (real choice). They love to be told what to do by anyone shouting louder than they do. I was in Paris for a while living and working and they are a bunch of automatrons, sipping their little expressos and beleaguring the world with their pointy nosed little opinions.
