Communication Consulting Suite 7A, Yandang Building, No. 7 Yandang Road. Tel: 6327-1477. This center offers custom designed English courses to companies. But they also have a private class here and there.
International English Center No. 1 Building, 889 Ju Lu Road. Tel: 6467-8811. This company is run by the successful Williams Enterprise Service, which offers English courses in Taiwan.
KaiEn Language Training Center 8/Fl Building 1, No. 150 Wuyi Road. Tel: 6252-1002. Opened by two Canadians, this English school is a popular place for Chinese individuals to study. A little expensive, but well-equipped with native English speakers, and a few specially trained Chinese teachers.
EF, English First International School Tel: 6247-0668. One of those international chain schools. It's been around for a long time.
